eCourts is a web based application that is designed to allow attorneys, in good standing, to electronically file documents with the courts. The Judiciary’s plans for full implementation of eCourts in all trial court divisions are underway. The plan to modernize our systems is built on the following four essential functionalities:

eCourts Expungement System
The eCourts Expungement System will compile your court records based on the information in the judiciary systems and electronically generate the petition. The prosecutor will review the petition and submit a response to your petition via the eCourts Expungement System.
