Perception Of Sound is a new name on Russian club scene. Both Mikhail Semenchenko and Eugeny Korolev were born in Nevinomyssk (Russia), both went to a music school, then both moved to Moscow to explore the diversity of electronic music and to set up their own project afterwards.
